SAPEX Group Chairman, Peter Chambers hosted a special online Investor Briefing to provide a broad update of SAPEX’s activities and exciting plans for 2019.
In this session, Peter outlined:

• Corporate update and ongoing plans;
• Q1 financial results and projections for 2019;
• A tentative timeline of activities leading into our planned listing on the ASX.

708 Sophisticated (Wholesale) Investors are individuals or entities who generally qualify under Section 708(8) based on the gross income and/or net assets test.

• A gross income of $250,000 or more per annum in each of the previous two financial years; or

• Net assets of at least $2.5 million; and

• A verified Qualified Accountant’s certificate given no more than two (2) years ago confirming the Sophisticated Investor status.
