AFF Key Advantage Lamb Fund

[rev_slider_vc alias=”aff-agri-fund”]

Emerging economies are driving global demand for protein, with forecasted growth of 50% by 2030. Australian Food and Farming’s Key Advantage Lamb Fund was created to meet this demand. The investment offers shelter from property and the stock market volatility, whilst providing the potential for high yields and capital growth. The fund is looking to become Australia’s largest and lowest cost lamb producer, and establish the world’s first recognizable lamb brand.

Short Investor Briefing:

AFF Director David Anderson outlines the investment opportunity

LAMB FUND STRATEGY

Australian Food & Farming’s strategy as an Australian sheep meat producer is to acquire, develop, own and operate agricultural assets across productive regions of Australia. Their Key Advantage Lamb Fund has the benefit of scale, a consistent yield of land and numerous assets that will generate multiple streams of income for investors in the fund.

  • Land Holding

By consolidating inexpensive farm land and consolidating AFF will continue to increase the yield of their asset holdings, through asset and land management.

    Marketing

AFF have the scale and capital to establish a purely Australian lamb brand both at home and abroad, filling a clear gap in the market. Thanks to their network, they have a paddock to plate distribution strategy which looks to maximize ROI on each asset.

    Farming

The Key Advantage Lamb Fund looks to employ regenerative best practice scalable farming techniques to not only increase land value but create a protein commodity not impacted by macroeconomic factors.

    Team

A combination of an Investment team with a long history in commodity investments, coupled with a farm investment team using best in class farming techniques as well as top end Dorper Lamb genetics puts AFF in an enviable position.
